Benn Knight

Registered Massage Therapist

Health is a journey, and we’re all striving to feel and perform our best at every stage of life. My path began with a deep passion for understanding how the body moves, heals, and thrives, influenced by years of playing, coaching, and officiating sports. Witnessing injuries firsthand, I was inspired to pursue a Bachelor of Science (Spec. Hons) in Kinesiology at York University, where I honed my skills in biomechanics, physiology, and functional movement.

Over the years, my focus has shifted toward performance athletes, particularly professional bodybuilders. I have become highly skilled in delivering the deep tissue treatments they require to perform at the highest level. My approach ensures that if I can meet the demands of a pro bodybuilder, I can just as effectively treat fitness enthusiasts or anyone seeking optimal health and performance.

In my practice, I treat everyone as a performance athlete because the goals are universal: to move better, faster, longer, and for a lifetime. I don’t just aim to help you return to function—I’m here to enhance your performance and well-being beyond what you thought possible.

My professional journey has been shaped by hands-on experiences across Canada and the UK. I’ve worked with professional sports teams, supported children with physical disabilities, and assisted patients managing chronic conditions.

It was my own transformative experience with massage therapy that inspired me to become a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT). Through the rigorous two-year program at the Canadian College of Massage, I gained expertise in treatments for prenatal care, sports therapy, lymphatic treatments, and more.

Today, I bring my diverse expertise to help individuals achieve their unique health goals. Whether you’re a high-performance athlete, an active fitness enthusiast, or simply someone seeking better movement and health, I’m here to guide you toward your peak potential.

Let’s work together to help you feel and perform your best—one step at a time.
